Leadbol

For UK dental practices

Most of the plans that never converted never said no.

They were never asked again. A practice presents around 100 treatment plans a week and accepts about 45% of them. The best reach 75%. The difference is follow up, and only 16% of practices measure it at all.

Your treatment coordinator already knows

Chasing outstanding treatment is in the job description. So is recording what was diagnosed and what was accepted. Nobody has time to do both properly between consultations, and the chasing is what slips, because it is the part with no patient sitting in front of you.

Leadbol does that chasing, so your coordinator spends the day with patients instead of working through a list. If you do not have a coordinator, it does the job without the salary.

And the phone

Practices miss roughly 30% to 38% of inbound calls in normal hours, and more at peak. It happens while reception is standing with a patient at the desk. Around three in four people whose call goes unanswered never try again. They ring the next practice. Missed call text back answers them within seconds, in your practice name, before they get that far.

What it costs

One system and one price. Seven days free, then £147 a month. A year is £1,764. One implant case is around £2,000 and one aligner case around £3,000, so one recovered case covers more than the year.

You enter card details to start, nothing is taken for seven days, and the card is charged on day eight unless you cancel. No contract and no notice period.

There is no bigger package to buy later. The free week is the same system you would pay for. If you would rather we configured it and loaded your outstanding plans in, that is separate work at £1,197.
