Terms of Service

The service

For a one time payment of £200 we design and publish a single page website for your business, including domain registration (or connection of a domain you already own), one year of hosting with SSL, a contact form that forwards enquiries to your email, and 5 content updates within the first year.

Delivery

We aim to publish your website within 1 to 24 hours of receiving your completed order form. The delivery window starts when you submit your business details, not at payment. Delays caused by missing information or domain transfer processes are outside this window.

Updates included

Each 12 month period includes 5 content updates: changes to text, prices, photos, opening hours or similar within your existing design. A full redesign, extra pages or new functionality are not updates and are quoted separately.

Renewal

After your first year, your domain, hosting and 5 yearly updates renew automatically at £50 per year, charged to the card used at checkout. You can cancel any time before your renewal date and you will not be charged. If the renewal lapses, your website and domain are scheduled for takedown at the end of the paid period.

Domain ownership

Your domain is registered for your business. If you cancel, we will transfer the domain to you on request.

Refunds

We revise your website until you are happy to go live. If we cannot deliver a website you are happy with, we will refund your £200 in full. Refund requests after your site has gone live are handled case by case.
